CORRECTIVE EXERCISE THERAPY (CET) CERTIFICATION COURSE
Course Overview
The Corrective Exercise Therapy (CET) Certification Course is a comprehensive training program designed to equip students, trainers, coaches and health professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required to assess movement, identify postural dysfunctions and design evidence-based corrective exercise programs.
The course combines principles of anatomy, biomechanics, kinesiology, functional movement, ergonomics and exercise prescription to improve posture, reduce injury risk, enhance movement efficiency and promote long-term musculoskeletal health.
Through guided lectures, practical demonstrations, case studies, assessments and real-world applications, participants will develop the confidence to apply corrective exercise strategies across a wide range of populations.
Course Aim
To develop competent Corrective Exercise Therapy practitioners who can safely assess movement dysfunction, prescribe individualized corrective exercise interventions and promote lifelong movement quality through evidence-based practice.
Learning Outcomes

Explain the scientific principles underpinning Corrective Exercise Therapy.
Describe the anatomy, biomechanics, and kinesiology relevant to human movement.
Perform comprehensive postural, movement, and functional assessments.
Identify common postural deviations and movement compensations.
Interpret assessment findings to determine probable muscular imbalances and movement dysfunctions.
Apply the Corrective Exercise Continuum:
Inhibit
Lengthen
Activate
Integrate
Design individualized corrective exercise programs based on client goals, assessment findings, occupation and lifestyle.
