Targeting the specific dysfunctions of desk-based work — forward head posture, rounded shoulders, and lower back loading. Guided corrective sequences to re-pattern how you hold and move your body.

Systematic mobility work for the hips, thoracic spine, shoulders, and ankles — the joints most restricted by modern lifestyle. Builds the movement range required for pain-free function and athletic performance.

Barefoot movement fundamentals — rebuilding foot strength, proprioception, and the stable base that everything else in the body depends on. Based on the principles behind the Sole to Soil programme.

The experience

What to expect
when you arrive.

    Movement screen

    Your first session includes a brief screen of how you move — so the practitioner can adjust cues and intensity to match your specific patterns.

    Guided class with small group

    Never more than 8 people per session. You receive real instruction, not just supervision — the practitioner actively corrects, adjusts, and teaches throughout.

  • 3

    Cool-down and debrief

    Every session closes with a structured cool-down and a brief debrief — what you worked on, why it matters, and what to practise at home.

  • 4

    Optional follow-up assessment

    Returning clients can book a full postural assessment to measure progress and graduate to more targeted individual sessions or programmes.
