This policy covers physical products purchased through the Wellness Solutions Africa store. We want you to be confident in every purchase β if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to physical products ordered through the Wellness Solutions Africa online store. Bookings, training sessions, events, academy enrolments, and memberships are services β cancellations and refunds for those are governed by section 5 of our Terms of Service.
2. Return window and conditions
You may return a product within 14 days of collection or delivery, whether it is defective or you have simply changed your mind. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation included, together with your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
3. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, notify us within 14 days of collection or delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund β including any delivery charges you paid β at no cost to you. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 (Kenya).
4. Items we cannot accept back
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they are defective: opened or unsealed consumables and supplements; personal-care and hygiene items that have been opened or used; and worn footwear or apparel showing signs of use. Gift cards and digital content or downloads are also non-returnable.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size, colour, or variant of the same product within 14 days of collection or delivery, subject to stock availability. Exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase). If the variant you want is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.
6. How to return an item
Email support@wellness-solutions.africa or WhatsApp +254 701 810 285 with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm the return and arrange either a drop-off at our designated pickup location or a courier return.
There are no restocking fees. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return costs are on us.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (M-Pesa or card, via Paystack) within 5β10 business days of approval. If a refund to the original method is not possible, we will agree an alternative with you.
8. Services, sessions, events, and memberships
Cancellation and refund terms for training sessions, programmes, events, academy enrolments, and memberships are set out in section 5 of our Terms of Service. In summary: session cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice, and event registrations and academy enrolments are non-refundable once confirmed unless cancelled by Wellness Solutions Africa.
