Who this is for
You have been living with pain for months or years. You have seen doctors, had scans, tried medication, and still have not found something that lasts. Your pain makes it hard to sleep, sit, exercise or enjoy your day.
Pain Relief is for people who are ready to look at the movement patterns behind their pain, not only manage the symptoms.
This pathway does not replace medical care. If your pain is new, severe or unexplained, see a doctor first.
What happens
Diagnostic assessment. A detailed pain mapping and movement assessment to identify the biomechanical causes of your condition. You receive a written findings report and a prioritised plan.
Myofascial release (MFR) therapy. Targeted manual therapy that releases fascial restrictions and muscle compensation patterns linked to your pain. Each session is adapted to your current pain level and how you respond.
Corrective exercise integration. As pain eases, we build functional movement patterns that help prevent it returning. You are coached through exercises you can do independently at home.
How it is delivered
You follow this pathway as a member. Book an assessment first. Your findings tell us which pathway fits and which monthly membership suits you, and we confirm that with you before you subscribe. Your sessions then follow the stages above, and you can reassess to see what has changed.
How to get started
Book a Postural Assessment. If pain is your main concern, tell us when you book and we will place you on the Pain Relief pathway from the start.
